The video is two minutes and 51 seconds in length.

The persons interviewed on the video are Juuso Marno, business unit director of Lindström Oy, Sebastian Linko, vice president marketing of Wirepass Oy, and Tom Lindgren, VP digital solutions of Haltian Oy.

The video shows a shopping mall; people walking around, using their phones, using the washroom, drinking coffee et cetera. The video also features a  mall cleaner pushing his cart and changing towel rolls in the washroom with the help of new technology.
