Video: Why Do the Nordic Countries Rank So Highly in Happiness Research?

Since 2018, Finland has topped the annual World Happiness Report, which ranks 156 countries based on their citizens’ estimation on happiness.

As well as Finland, the other Nordic countries also rank highly in the World Happiness Report. On this video, Bent Greve from Roskilde University in Denmark tries to pinpoint what it is about the Nordic countries that makes them so happy.
